I am an integrative counselling Psychotherapist. I specialise in Trauma and (Gottman) Couples Therapy. By providing a safe, confidential space and genuine empathy, I assist clients in processing their traumatic experiences, their struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth. By guiding individuals/couples to explore feelings, behaviours and thoughts- identify triggers. I help develop coping strategies and incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to foster a sense of empowerment, self-awareness, stress reduction, and emotional regulation, increasing self-acceptance and overall well-being.

As a Gottman-trained therapist, I facilitate open and constructive communication, help resolve conflicts and strengthen emotional bonds, enhance communication skills, explore underlying relationship patterns, and set achievable goals. My Trauma training fosters a safe and validating environment, minimizing the risk of retraumatization, and equips me to safely assist individuals to explore and navigate the complexities and impacts of traumatic experiences.

I understand seeking help can be difficult, it takes courage to reach out. I endeavour to create a safe and supportive space to explore past experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster healthy relationships. I will do my best to help you heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and provide couples/counselling to improve communication and understanding.

Here vunerabilities are embraced, and the journey to self-discovery is nurtured. Its a space where trust is earned and respected, and individuals feel heard, understood and accepted.
